Chaz plays a key role in shaping the first impression of life at Casella helping future residents feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. He is passionate about helping people find the right home while creating a smooth, friendly, and stress-free leasing experience.

With a background in Psychology and a love for connecting with others, Chaz brings both insight and personality to his work. Outside the office, he’s a proud dad, music lover, and fan of pizza and adventure often spending his time biking, climbing, or chasing after his toddler.

Known for a helpful and approachable attitude, Joe takes pride in creating a safe and comfortable environment for everyone. Whether it’s a quick fix or a larger project, he is always happy to help.
